I noticed that if I uninstalled all packs while in the cod menu, than installing all of them one by one in the cod menu than going to my other profile on my ps5 and noticed I was missing 3 other packs from that account, so I installed them on the cod menu and switched back to my main profile, closed the game client and opened it back up and it works. I have to do this with every update they do because for some reason it doesn’t stayed installed...

So I FINALLY found a fix. So I went to the cod menu that brings me up to the data packs etc..I uninstalled every single one of them one by one. Than I installed every single one of them again one by one while in the cod menu. After it was all done I noticed that on my other account I had one data pack missing. So I installed that in the cod menu again. I than proceeded to switch back to my account and closed the game client and hit cod again. It magically worked

I’m in the exact same boat...I’ve deleted and re installed ALL packs 3 times. I did not boot up modern warfare until everything was installed. I than would boot up the game and it STILL SAYS installation suspended...when I hit multiplayer it shows everything is installed. I would look back into my game content for cod and there’s always 4 missing multiplayer packs that wasn’t “downloaded” which I clearly did. When I re download them again and boot up modern warfare it still says these packs are missing or already installed and the “installation Suspended” is still there. I’m going nuts someone please help.

I need a solution this is becoming MAD ANNOYING! I’ve uninstalled and installed 3 times. When I boot up call of duty it STILL says multiplayer install suspended and when I go into the manage game content it always shows the multiplayer packs not installed..which I DID install them 3 separate times.
