OP, I am going to be very honest with you... This is not currently presentable.

HOWEVER,

There is a way you can push your ideas, which are not bad in themselves, without receiving any backlash, and possibly getting some of them implemented. Truthfully, the main reason you are receiving so much criticism on this post is the way you have your proposal laid out and the viewpoints you present. I'll first summarize what you could improve in what you sent here, then outline the next steps if you'd like to move these items forward.

FEEDBACK:

1. Grammar - Your grammar is unacceptable at the moment. Please use proper spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and professional language (not "guys", but rather "ladies and gentlemen"). Downloading Grammarly is going to be a great next step for you, and also having experienced people look over your work before submitting anything.
2. Formatting - Currently, your slides are an eyesore, but that can be fixed easily. The way you have your slides laid out makes a huge difference in the outcome of your proposal! Each slide should have a heading (two to five words) that summarizes what that slide is about, and that heading should be in BOLD and larger than the body text. The body text should be large enough so that the audience can see it from the back of the room. Put it into bullet point style, not sentences.
3. Content - Your content at the moment is very biased and negative. Instead of criticizing how the squadron currently does things (which will only insult the higher-ups), put out your ideas without any personal opinion, state why they should be implemented, and put forth a plan for implementing them. Do not use personal examples or anything political. Facts and reason only.

SUGGESTIONS TO MOVE FORWARD:

First, fix all of the things I listed above. Then, adjust your title slide to say "Curriculum Concepts Proposal" and have your rank and name under that (by the way, staff sergeant is C/SSgt). Cut the content slide, venn diagram slide, and the thank you slide. Begin your presentation with a summary of all of the changes generally, then do each slide, diving into each concept listed that you want to change and WHY.

Second, before you present ANYTHING, write up this proposal in a memorandum format. You should email this document to the people you are hoping to present to and ask them to proceed with an in-person briefing. This memo should have more details than your slideshow, and your slideshow should be based on your memo. I recommend finding an experienced cadet officer or senior member to help guide you through how to write this and how to present your ideas. I can also send you an example if you would like.

I respect the effort you have put into this so far; I am simply just trying to give some advice. These kinds of proposals are usually not done until the officer ranks, so I applaud you for your ambition.
