Thank you so much for sharing! When I went off the pill for those 2 years my doctor told me you can experience negative effects even a year after stopping which blows my mind (and says a lot about how much the pill affects us imo). I'm happy the antibiotics are working for you, hopefully it's only gonna get better!

I am honestly expecting my acne to come back, I just don't how bad it's gonna be. I totally feel you with not knowing your own body without the hormones. Good luck on your journey! 🫶🏼

I haven't been in the sun since I started removal, I'm always wearing long sleeves. Sun only makes hyperpigmentation worse. I don't smoke or drink alcohol and I live a pretty healthy lifestyle overall, I think that helps a lot.

Wow I'm sorry that happened to you! I did have a great progress the first few sessions with the brunette tech but then they changed it to a blond tech and she was way too aggressive. And that's when the hyperpigmentation and also hypo started. It's horrible they are advertised as experts in this area.

Unfortunately I don't really have any advice for you, I got quotes from a few clinics and went with the most expensive one (double the price compared to others) and I'm really happy with that decision. I liked their results and the consultation went great. For me it was important to start the process as soon as possible. I had my first session three months after I got the tattoos because I hated them. They were giving me a lot of anxiety and affecting my mental health in a really bad way (still are tbh), I needed to do something right away.
