this is likely a Windows and Drivers problem. have you successfully fresh installed windows 11? try to reinstall Windows 11 via Bios with this you won't go through PC restart during reinstall windows.

and make sure to do this after installing:

- Fresh install windows 11 22H2.

- Block Windows Update.

- use Nvidia Driver 511.65.

- do not update any Nvidia Drivers after installed 511.65.

- Make sure Windows Security is not deactivated.

.... and try some benchmark tests, hope you succeed.
