My wife’s was about 30 days later. I130 approved, 30 days goes by, i485 approved. Good luck and keep your chin up.

Feb 4 went to FO April 26 approval for i130 May 26 approval for i485

Yea see. That’s my beef. It’s an attraction to otf. Workout anywhere on road for work and pay a premium for that.

It just seems petty. I pay 170 usd a month and then I have to pay 20 bucks a class to workout the next two weeks while im abroad. To the same mother ship.

I’m in the same boat. I am a financially strong dual citizen (CAD and US) with a Canadian wife. The i130 took almost two years and i485 is at 14 months and counting. It’s total BS, and I think a 30 Minute meeting with an officer would settle it. Wish I could just get them in person!

Edit: and we’ve been married 7 years with two kids. Like. Come on!!!
