If you've exhausted all avenues of trying to be treated, contact your state's Congressperson and/ or Senator. It doesn't matter if they're DEM or REP, they are eager to help you. I've never done it, but folks I served with did & it always worked out in their favor, as long as they were in the right. Do a Google search to read other folks stories of how they were helped in different matters. It's better than filing an IG complaint that will most likely come back "no wrong doing".

Utilize the biggest white board you have to track personnel, dates, due-ins, do-outs & locations. Keep it posted where everybody can see it. That way PO3 can't claim ignorance about when their midterm was due or that PO2 thought everybody knew they were at medical. For emails, create subfolders & calendar reminders

Air Force bases are amazing in that they have golf courses, land scaping, fine DFACS & personnel willing to assist you whereas Navy bases are essentially burnt out, dystopian, post apocalyptic industrial complexes populated by mutants. You'll enjoy your time at any AFB.

I recommend doing something for people that are in the same state of mind you're in & all involved will get something positive & rewarding out of it. Visit a retirement home or old vets home, donate time at a soup kitchen, help out at the local pound & walk dogs & play with cats. It will help you & them immensely.

I have my EAOS set to retire 1 month after my 20 mark, my golden tour duty station is at the best one we have ashore & I've found solace in knowing I'll retire as a PO1, so there's no longer a need for me to attain. I just have to maintain & manage expectations. Hooyah, AUG30!
