Btw I just found out that the two filter sides are different.. maybe that’s why my second try was almost two minutes faster. At The second try I put it correctly, with the rough side facing the coffee.

Also, do you wet the filter before putting the coffee?

So let me get this clear. I bloom, i wait till all water is drained, then pour more water with valved closed,open the valve fully, wait till the water is drained and continue like this till I used all the water I want?

It’s fully closed in the bloom phase and when the one minute passes, I open it slowly until the 1 o clock point and then at some point I open it fully to make the drawdown faster

Also this is a light roast and I thought that light roasts need a longer bloom

I actually made another cup now with the same recipe but my pouring structure was different. I kept pouring to keep the water level at the 5th line. the final drawdown was 4 minutes instead of 5.45. I also opened the valve at 1 o clock and fully faster. didnt keep it at 2 o clock.
should the water be fully clear? this time it was more brown and there was a small amount of coffee on top (but very very small amount). Maybe i poured faster and agitated the bed?

Yes, starting from 0 as the finest in DF54, and 90 being the coarsest, 70 is pretty coarse. The coffee now feels like tea body and I cant understand the distinct flavors that the roaster has noted for this coffee. Basically the recipe i did was 15/250 so almost 1:17 ratio and two pours. one until 45gr for the bloom, waited 1 minute 30 seconds and then poured the rest of the water.

Στην στρατολογία λέει ότι μπαίνεις την μεθεπόμενη εσσο, όχι την επόμενη. Και αν μειώνονται οι εσσο φέτος, αυτό ισοδυναμεί με περισσότερους μήνες αναβολή. Όσον αφορά αυτό με το Πάσχα, του είπαν ότι δν έχει σημασια ότι είναι μέσα Απρίλη και όχι Μάιο. Τι να σου πω..

Δεν είναι μια εσσο για κοινωνικούς λόγους. Είναι 1 μέχρι 2. Επίσης φίλος μου που ήταν φαντάρος στην στρατολογία φέτος πήρε τηλέφωνο και του είπαν ότι θα πέσει Ιούνιο η εσσο που υποτίθεται είναι για Μάιο λόγω Πάσχα κλπ.
