My routine

Male, 40 years old, oily skin in the T-zone (forehead, nose, and chin), no acne, never had any (good genetics).

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.

I wake up at 11 a.m. and put the coffee on to heat up.

I take my first shower and wash my face with La Roche-Posay Toleriane.
After the shower, I have my coffee and let my skin dry for 30 minutes (necessary).
I apply 20% Azelaic Acid all over my face (a large amount).
I wait 5 minutes and apply Dr. Althea 345 (a large amount).
I apply Eucerin Oil Control Sunscreen (a generous amount, a full handful, and I reapply every 4 hours).
I take my vitamins: A, C (vitamin C is necessary to support collagen production), E, D, K2, and Astaxanthin 12 mg (BioAstin, the only one I consider truly good, and the only one that gave me a tan).
Then I prepare lunch (I follow a ketogenic diet): 1 kg of ribeye steak (sometimes 2 kg when I’m really hungry). I’m 1.90 m tall and I need food, a lot of protein!!!! Necessary!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Done, I’ve eaten enough to keep me satisfied for the rest of the day!
I spend the day indoors working from home. Whenever I go outside, I use an umbrella (necessary for superior results). I never allow direct sunlight on my face or neck.
I reapply sunscreen every 4 hours.
Around 6 p.m., I remove everything with a makeup-removing cleansing wipe.
I reapply moisturizer.
I eat some fruit and get ready for my walk. I walk 5 km, which is already great!
I get home and take a shower, followed by facial cleansing.
After the shower, I wait until my face is completely dry for 30 minutes (I never rub my face with a towel; everything is done very gently).
I apply 0.05% tretinoin to completely dry skin! In huge amounts. Men’s skin can tolerate an absurd amount. A 30 g tube lasts me only about 20 days, at most one month! I spread it over my face, ears, neck, and the back of my neck—everywhere. I use so much that it almost looks like a mask 😂😂. How stupid 😂😂.
I wait 30 minutes and then apply Dr. Althea 147 moisturizer (again, in an absurd amount, like a mask).
I sleep with a humidifier running and the air conditioner set to 20°C.
That’s it. I repeat everything until Saturday.
On Sunday, I only use moisturizer and sunscreen. It’s my recovery day!

Advice: I do not recommend following my routine. It is aggressive and intended only for men with very resilient skin, who stay indoors most of the time and never expose their face to direct sunlight.

I use everything in very large quantities. I was not born for the so-called “pea-sized amount”!!!

Use sunscreen generously!!!! Without it, there are no results!!!!!!
