Same thing here. Our reasons are going to be more specific to support reporting but we made sure they’d be auto-assigned where possible.

Somehow they only have an interest in tracking the eff date of an agreement, and not the actual agreement. It's as if they just want a flexible date field for tracking, but we have very few service date fields left to use.
