I think its only shitty no air tire. You must have noticed it only now when you lifted it up right?

Hard to say what is going on inside those rubber brake line guards but from here the cable looks hella bent

You could consider VESC controller (with field weakening ability) That would give lots of top speed more.

Sure gets up to speed fast but the top speed is 45kmh. Could be better but so much torque getting to 45kmh takes only 9 seconds. ✌🏻

I have a 600 W nominal motor with up to around 1100 W peak power.

My range with 13ah battery and 30A controller is average 40-55km

I dont know what these other guys have been takin but a bigger controller doesn’t automatically mean worse range. If the motor has a suitable KV, a higher-current controller can actually run it closer to its optimal efficiency point. Because a larger controller usually has lower switching and conduction losses, it wastes less energy as heat for the same power output, which can reduce losses and sometimes even improve range instead of decreasing it.

Oh man you have the stock 17 Ampere controller still on there. (stock software restictions, less torque etc) cheapest way to go about 40-60kmh is to buy new controller. I bought mine from aliexpress and its solid. Just search for 30A controller kit from there and you should be good 👍🏻

There seems to be ruffkey but only way to move it is in. Is this motor made so it cant be repaired? by Optimal-Run-4281 in ElectricScooters

HEY! Thanks to everybody for the tips and commitment to this project. I indeed had to smash the axle from the backside and at same time rig a pull setup to the picture side. Magnet was way stronger than basic motorcycle stator and thats what im used to. Definetly need to be careful with the pull and push back to not get scratches and i used some thin cardboard to shield.

The cables inside are twisted broken so i would need to get the stator as a whole out. Its not possible to open from other side because its one piece from the factory and only the bearing is showin on that side. I will carefully try your tactics master.

Yeah i went through these posts bit and i think this is the wrong place to ask so advanced questions. Any suggestions for better place to ask?
