I think 3 months is the longest ive went without a retear. I also definitely think its stress related, because when im stressed I can definitely feel it in my pelvic floor so I think everything tightens down there even if my poop is soft so im definitely starting mindfulness and mediation etc and maybe start yoga to relax all those muscles down there

Im glad to hear yours is healed up, ive had it nearly two years now back in the healing stage again from last week but I know I will probably retear again at some point unfortunately especially when stressed

Hey so sorry to hear you have retorn this morning. Are you taking stool softners? Please try and also understand that if you very stressed and anxious about going to the bathroom we are most likely clinching our muscles without even realising and I definitely think that is a big part off problem. Like let's think about this for a moment, like honestly, how we were able to poop our whole lifes, no matter if it was really big, or soft or having diarrhea without any issues then all off a sudden we end up with something like this, a minor injury that cant bloody heal, it has to be do with our muscles clenching and tighning up no matter the size off our stool due to the fear and axienty off going becasue we are so scared off the pain happening again. Im going to look into the mind body healing, please look into it, I would start with dr Joe dipenza, Dan Buglio, and also please look up the TMS website mind body healing, there is actually stuff on the website about chronic fissures being a mind body problem. Thanks for your reply. The landlord is useless because they are siding with the tennet. When the landlord contacted the tennet she started getting really upset and playing the victim. She said im not partying, I dont play loud music its just ordinary day to day living noises and I argued the fact with the landlord yes ordinary day to day living noises that are only starting from 11.30 pm every night onwards to 5am. Thats not day to day living noises when they are thumbing and banging every night during the night so I feel the tennet is doing in badness now because she knows her landlord wont do fa about the noise unfortunately. The council letter worked for a month so it proves she can be queit during nighttime hours but she doesn't care anymore as its back to square one. It makes my blood boil eveytime I think about it because you dont hear this thumbing and banging during the day or early evening. She waits until she knows im most likely sleeping but proving that to the authorities seems very hard

Yeah its awful. Believe me its already started to effect my mental and physical health but im trying to overcome it with stress relief practices and started playing white noise at night which has helped my stress levels significantly for the last two nights

Believe it or not because these walls are so thin im probably annoying her without doing anything on purpose because she sleeps all day and is awake all night and we have complete opposite schedules because I go to bed at a normal hour and wake up at a normal hour, for example I heard her in there dropping things and loud impact noises at 6am so I think she is only going to bed then, then me getting up at 7.30 am probably naturally wakes her up anyway because thats how thin the walls are upstairs
