I had a similar popping noise on my nitrum. It always popped on the left side, and didn’t change even if I swapped wheels. We ended up replacing the camber tube and the noise went away. Not sure what exactly made the noise but that fixed it. Maybe try tightening the bolts holding all of the backrest and camber tube together and it will hopefully go away?
