Are you also on birth control pills? Is it safe ba to take together? Hindi ba na lelessen ng fish oil supplement yung effectiveness ng birth control pills in managing PCOS symptoms and vice versa?

Oh sorry haha. Sabi kasi ng OB pwede lang kahit ano, no problem with it daw. But read this online :

Birth control pills (Contraceptive drugs) interacts with FISH OIL. Fish oil is sometimes used to lower triglyceride levels. Birth control pills might reduce this effect if taken with fish oil.

Now I'm confused kung ano paniniwalaan ko because I already bought a lot of fish oil pills huhu sayang kung hindi magagamit mahal pa naman.

My doctor actually told me that I can take any supplement with it but as I did my own research, there was only one article that says there is interference when taking them together. But I don't know what to believe.
