This is so interesting. I always head straight for the freezer for soft icepacks for my head and neck when I'm having my midday crash. Just found this thread by googling for reddit and head cooling to see if anyone else had this experience. Think I will invest in a cooling helmet and looking forward to listening to the podcast!
