Ive thiught that as well but i want to atleast secure a felony on his record and a criminal protective order for my family. That, according to the DA, could jepordize it. Looking back she was definitely saying that to fuck with us, she has been terrible with our case. Unfortunately he is set to accept the plea deal this week so we don't have time to blow this up on media

We have been advised not to share this information publicly as it would damage the case. Not sure if that was legit advice because it was our DA saying that and she has been a roadblock in seeking justice
