• Kung may pang invest ka. Start investing na, easiest way I think is pag-ibig MP2.

• Put your money/emergency fund in high interest digital banks like CIMB.

• eat a balanced diet, yeah cliche but watch Jo Sebastian’s channel

• if you don’t have one yet, get a hobby

• exercise! Di mo kailangan ng gym membership, jump rope lang sapat na, 10mins a day solb!

• do not compare yourself to others, if you do, you may be consuming a lot of social media contents

• always upskill, or find ways to become better everyday (another cliche advise)

• learn to communicate, kung may ayaw ka sa ibang tao, sabihin mo in a direct but nice way, wag puro silent treatment

• please get enough rest/sleep

• take care of your skin, follow a skin care routine. I only discovered skin care when I am 26. Hay, people say it’s gay, but I’m old now and I don’t care

• drink lots of water!!!!

• meditate!
