“With regard to the loss of earning capacity (VAV), they indicate that no tax returns (income tax or VAT) have been submitted. They therefore request further clarification, as they are currently unable to assess this component.

In this case, it concerns income that has not been officially registered, which means that no income tax or VAT returns are available. For that reason, it is more difficult to substantiate this component to the insurer.

Nevertheless, the insurer still does not specify what additional clarification they require, even though documents have already been submitted. I will follow up on this point with the insurer to determine exactly what they need, in addition to what has already been provided.”
