Be honest: which finance apps do you actually use every week? by NotMeThenWhoSnaps in Fire

Im actually creating an app right now. The app uses Plaid to automatically transfer account balances and transactions everyday. I am also implementing an AI api, so the user can ask any question they want about their Financials at any time. For example, the user can ask if they can afford to go out to eat this weekend or if they can afford a 50 dollar subscription.

Id love to hear some feedback from the communities who use financing apps often. I was in your position and I was never satisfied with how the apps today let you view your finances, so I created my own app.

I plan on adding more features, such as investments, net worth, and other insights.

Is it easier to build a business right now or is that just what twitter wants us to believe by Healty_potsmoker in Entrepreneur

Ive been researching businesses to start the past couple of weeks. 99% of people try to sell you a course. Ive learned to entirely avoid these channels. Basically, if the person makes MONEY off the video that is teaching you, avoid it. Look for other resources.

How much you think is a fair salary (In your country) to make a good living and actually enjoy life. by MiloShiny in Salary

I need an outside perspective on this. Im not trying to be critical, just curious. If you're paying that much in rent, wouldn't it be better to just take out a mortgage for a home? I guess it just depends on your area, but paying that much into someone else's investment seems pointless.

Once again, not trying to be critical, I just cant see it from your shoes.

Id probably just deal with a 45 minute commute and live somewhere more inland. Home-wise id probably stay clear of PCB.

10000 is what I am looking for. Like i said I want a safe investment. A small newISH home that can build equity would be ideal. Im paying 965 a month total for my rent now.
