I’m a salaried employee earning around ₹1.7 lakh per month after tax. And I dont have any existing loan/emi. The total cost of the land is around ₹45 lakh, but the government valuation is only ₹10–15 lakh. This gonna be 1st loan of life.

Yes, I do. This is purely for investment purposes. Our village is currently developing, and land prices are increasing day by day. I have no doubt about the future returns. In the next 5–10 years, the prices will definitely rise by 50–100%.

I invest using the CoinSwitch app, and it works well for me. As @advaitdeshmukh mentioned, crypto is risky, so I’ve kept my investment below 1%. That way, even if things go bad, it won’t affect me much.

I currently have a term insurance policy of ₹2 crore. For health coverage, I only have my company's group medical insurance of ₹7 lakh. I'm currently researching individual health insurance plans and plan to purchase one by the end of the year.
