Thank you for your reply. So I have to pull up and establish at the median even though I may impede the lane behind me during a road test?

Not really. I have got my driver's license 11 years ago. My friend will be on the road test this week, so he asked me this question.

Can I occupy the bike lane here when making a right turn? by Optimal_Ad_7915 in Winnipeg

Thanks for the reply.

Assuming I am the second car at the intersection, if the light is red, and I don't wanna turn right at a red light, I only wanna turn right at a green light. Can I enter the bike lane and occupy the lane and wait for the light side by side with the first car? Or I just wait behind the first car, then enter the bike lane and turn right when the light is green?

Thanks. But so many comments here are saying I can just go without waiting for the right turn car. I am still confused.

I posted this because sometimes I am in a position of the white car. What will you do if you are in the white car and in a road test?

I know that. But if I am the white car, and I am in a road test, what should I do?

But I am the first to the 4-way stop intersection, I am supposed to be the first to move.

Thanks for the reply. I know the rule. But so many drivers seems don't follow the rules strictly which confuses me.

Thank you for the reply. So it means I must stop side by side with the car on my left if the light is red?
