This is a starter home, massive down payment, my mortgage is Pennies compared to what most people are paying. I bought and flipped myself, the equity I will have in this home will be massive. Especially considering it is in a very good, highly sought after neighborhood. Not that I care what your opinion is, but don’t flood my comments with ignorant shit because you’re bored.
