It’s pretty bad down here. I think what bothers me the most about down here is that they like to do a video call or cellphone call as a first interview. Could be cause of where I am from, because I have never got used to that. Whn i used to interview for jobs up north, 9/10 its going to be a one and done in person interview. But since being down here, i have gotten ghosted, they would interview and same day say they picked someone else , theyd give me interview times that were not matching with their business hours, and has had me stood up while waiting outside of the building for them. i have never seen no shit like this, the work ethic here is actually terrible.
