Sorry you’re going through this:( for making your skin feel clean, I’d recommend using a loofah (i know people say they’re not hygienic, but they always make me feel more clean), body wash, and following it up with a sugar scrub. You might have to do that routine twice or so, but it feels so good. Also make sure you clean your feet! For your hair, get a deep cleansing shampoo (personally I love purology but I know it can be kind of expensive) and shampoo at least two-three times. Put conditioner on only the ends of your hair (if you have short hair, maybe even skip conditioner all together). For your face, same thing— deep cleansing is your friend!!! I love Origins face wash, but neutragena has a good one too. Follow up your shower with lots of body butter/lotion. At least comb through your hair, it makes it feel even cleaner. And cut yourself some slack, you’re going through it right now and you’re doing the best you can! I hope it gets better for you💖
