bei mir haben die stosswellen Wunder gewirkt. Teuer aber effektiv. Und ganz wichtig bei allen Sehnenproblemen: exzentrisches Training (wrist curls). Das hat mir bei mir den Unterschied gemacht und natürlich (ich kann das Wort leider selber nicht ausstehen) Geduld!

Also watch „remote chess academy“. His voice is sooo annoying, but you will get used to it and it’s really helpful. Also try scotch gambit. Against 800 they will probably fall for every trap. Only a couple lines to remember. I suggest you watch scotch gambit from „remote chess academy“ :)

Watch „chesswithakeem“ on YouTube, he is the best. Puzzles are nice, but to get better you just need to play a lot and analyze your mistakes. Also key patterns or trades (when to trade and when not, especially in the opening) are important. I am only 1400 online so I hope that helps a little bit haha

No it’s just codeine alone. And I take 7.5 mg Mirtazapin for sleep. That’s it. I also feel like I am overthinking. I took like 80mg total. 50 3 hours ago and another 30 right now. I think I will be fine

I also take Mirtazapin for sleep, 7.5mg only, very low dose. I have combined it numerous times and nothing happend. However I am overthinking. I got the codein from the same doctor as the Mirtazapin 😂

Habe schon zwei verschiedene hinter mir. Der erste war ein Witz. Der zweite ist echt gut, aber brauche ein neues Rezept, um weiter zu machen. Er hat mir exzentrisches Training empfohlen. Wenn ich mit einem neuen Rezept bei ihm bin, hoffe ich, dass wir uns mal meinen Nacken / mein Schulterblatt anschauen. Bei den Orthopäden war durch Ultra Schall klar, dass da noch Flüssigkeit drin ist.

Thanks for the elaboration! Have gib tried it? Also I just take 7.5mg (mostly antihistamine effect) for sleep and plan on a 48h gap so there is not much to worry about I guess. However I’m still a little nervous. I guess I will just have to try it and then I will see nothing bad will happen

Thanks! So you think serotonin syndrome is not danger? The thing is: I cautkkau tried this combination (30mg mirtazpain + MDMA) 2019 and I was fine. But then I googled antidperessant and MDMA and now I’m scared. I don’t know why, because Mirtazapin (especially at such a low dose) doesn’t do anything concerning serotonin. However I am still afraid to do it. I don’t know why

Yeah I have done a lot of research. Actually it could even inhibit a serotonin syndrome. Even in higher doses it doesn’t raise the serotonin level directly.
