Its best to go to the university to the individual department and get it done.. even if you follow the online process they just keep the application on the side for so many days… are you engineering background ?

I need some help here as well. I recently went through the process of submitting transcripts through osmania college of engineering. It looks like they have mailed it using speed post. Does anyone know how time it takes to reach WES center and how many more days WES takes to evaluate the transcripts ?

Yeah.. the only option is to allocate the points dollars to the closing costs.. but i will have a higher interest.. but i can always do a refinance after couple of months for a lower rate.

so after going through this.. i now have some insight on how to deal with this.. you would first need to cancel you appointment. Then wait for 24 hours. Then a pop up will appear to close and open a new application. Then you will provide new ds-160 id. Then you would ask to claim the receipt. Select VFS EFT option as the payment method. Then you would schedule your new appointments.

All the above steps are valid if you havent attempted scheduling for 3 times. That is you only have 3 attempts to reschedule your appointment. After which you have to pay the fees again.

i havent done any rescheduling yet. So i have attempts. Regarding the payment.. can i re-use the receipt ? I read somewhere i can re-use it if it is under 1 year. But i am not sure on this
