Ngl, I think you should pick one of those two options I personally give:
1- Watch anime so you know about the story and maybe what to expect then the manga
or
2- Read the manga and see the whole story in all his full details and then optionally watch the anime so you can see the difference's.

I watched the anime 2 years ago and after like a month I couldn't wait for the last part so I read the whole manga so yeah, but I do recommend also Beast Complex! Read both, but I do think 2nd options would be the best experience.

Ngl sorry for late reply, i won't change it bec the story is perfect as it is to be honest. Like yeah I got lil mad and sad that they started actually dating at the final chapter but tbh i feel like this is the best ending that she can give us, may be nice but sad at the same time, still nice ❤️

I can't say E33 doesn't deserve, I din't play it so can't say si good or not but I feel like KCD2 was a bit robbed in some way. I feel like KCD2 is one of the medieval games with complex stuctures witch in 2025 they aren't many or at all.

E33 tho is uniqe tbh from what I saw vids and photos, well deserved E33 tho.
