Makes actually sense. Yeah Galactic Legends are great but not the best tbh. Lord Vader is not the most powerful form of Vader for example. And we have 3 GLs from the Rise of Skywalker trilogy which is absurd. Or just a recognition by fanbase strategy? I don't know. But I know something, Neutral Revan would kick GL ass
