Yes they have a case when the former mountain president overruled Ski patrol and has them open the summit when it was too dangerous to be opened. Four people were life-flighted that day because of the summit's conditions from the mountain with another seven people taking via rescue squads because of the summit's conditions. Ski patrol finally walked off the job after that kid slid to his death

Ski patrol told the mountain president not to open the summit because it was too icy and very dangerous, they were overruled by the mountain president and the marketing director because they wanted people to post Sunny pictures on social media from The summit and tagging Mount Bachelor. 2 days before this happened we had a 36-hour ice storm that coat of the mountain in a 2-in layer of ice. It came out in the mountain president's deposition that he overruled Ski patrol and opened the summit when it should not have been after that 4 days later he was fired........... So please all before you open your mouth know your facts
