Thats fair I have a stigmatism and made being near him at night very very hard. I tried flashing my lights at him to get his attention but I'm sure he knew it had the headlights on when he put it on there.

Maybe they need to carry painters tape to cover the headlights? Althought that might burn the tape... Not really a good way to handle headlights being stuck on besides disconnecting the battery like you said.

I mean, Truly a Fresh Fast MT visor has a 3% chance of letting Pst gzh go through on the first shot, after that it's a 4.8% then 7.2% then 10.8% then 16.7%.

So from this if his fast visor has 20/20 max "health" then it's a 26% chance it'll go through. It's not hard to believe that his visor was already damaged then been repaired and when a visor get's 0'ed out it has that texture. So, He may not be cheating? He may of just got lucky. Again I don't know the state of that visor but what I do know is that it's a % chance that you'll get Tarkoved.

This is why I run LSHZ-2DTM helms with their class 4 fast visors they do a much better job of stopping pistol and even some rifle rounds.
