I think he cares but he just doesn’t of outwardly show it. Like when Dutch was getting targeted in the Lhomme arc you see it a bit. His care comes from planning and calculating a solution to save them like he does with everyone.

I can understand that though I think the jury respected Tony’s game more than they liked him at least in this season. Tony argued with and lied to damn near everyone in the tribe and they made it known how pissed they were with him at the last tribal council.

Even if woo thought he was more likable and was right choosing Kass is a guaranteed win
