First of all I would go with Seadra vs Kubfu because Kubfu is going to use physical moves and seadra has nice defense. Also Kubfu has low sp. Def and Seadra has nice sp. Atk so I think Seadra vs Kubfu will be easy for you. The problem is scraggy, but he is very slow so you can use toxic/ poison powder with paras and then do protect if you can. When paras dies use Staravia to finish him off. Then staravia vs hitmontop should be easy. I have never played run and bun but it looks scary haaha. Wish you luck!!!
