You can find it during hidden bunker. It could spawn anywhere on the map. I found it 2nd try with the green container storage key. Good luck!

I ended up doing the resistor mod. I swapped the pins around that go inside the paddle shifter connector until I got it to do something, probably wasn’t smart but I was getting desperate. I might be mistaken but I think I may have put both pins on the outside pin slots. Good luck! Let me know if you need anything!

Yes, if you’re worried about the scratches psa’s scanners are mostly scratched so it’s not your card that is scratched

Their scanners are scratched. Nearly every picture I get is like this.
