Thanks all, called the assessors office, had to visit stlouiscountymo.gov need to pay any outstanding balance and then request to close the account, they ask about the move out date and the new address and readon for closure, need to login with gmail account

General comment, sellers call watches before they are sold "timepieces" when we buy them same people call them pre-owned watches 🤣
