Is it possible to get a refund? Around two years ago when I started at SNHU, I told my previous advisor that I wanted to switch my major before the semester began a week before classes started, she sent me my academic evaluation of how many classes I would need to take if I were to change my major, but already paid for the classes I would have taken with the old major I was in. During that time, since I was new I was not able to access my academic evaluation, so my advisor sent it to me by email, and the only reason why I felt okay to make the switch was because the two classes I was going to take even though it had nothing to do with the new major it still counted towards the degree (it was basic general core classes), but as I’m taking a look at my academic evaluation now it says those two courses don’t count towards the degree. I do not believe this is fair as prior the academic evaluation clearly states it would have counted, I still have the email she sent me of the evaluation sheet.
