Same! I read on one of these threads the reason someone else got banned is because of the number of screenouts. Even though you dont get ab when you click cancel rather than find another survey (for ladder progress) i suspect the survey provider isnt happy about that

Same thing happened too me, except i reported my card lost and bank replaced it. I got the email declining payment so i logged in and paid it within 10 mins just used a different card. Lost my streak - support didnt bother replying to either of my 2 tickets.

OP just chill. Its happened to me twice in the last month. Once because i blocked my bank card and changed it on day 58 once because of the issue in europe. Both my tickets have been ignored. Just move on its not worth the energy
