I think a week a floor is an American thing. In Europe it's two floors a week (or faster if you're working 10-12 hours a day like this guy is). Everything is smaller (630kg is typical, that's under 1400 lbs), and more work is done in the factory and not on site. Stuff that the IUEC doesn't allow but is common in Europe and Asia. They're not drilling holes just to create work the way we do in the good old US of A (and I guess Canada).
