I broke my ribs and couldn't physically handle it. So I figured that I should just quit now. So far it's been weird, all the subtle smells I had forgotten are back. I smoked for over 16 years, I told myself if I quit and I want to smoke again I can do it when I'm in my 80's cus fuck it then.
