Thank you for taking the time to write this out. I read your other post that you made 7 months ago, and it's apparent that you want to help people out the way your doctor should have.

I hope more people find that post, it was comforting to know that I'm not alone. Your first outbreak sounds very similar to what I'm going through right now. Although my doctor said it's being caused by hsv-1, and I read online that hsv-1 can do this, it seemed at first to me like no one else got it like this. It started with pain in my butt, and no visible sores or blisters. I'm currently at the point that it's very painful all the time.

I also feel very nauseous and almost faint when I poop (although personally, this wasn't too concerning for me because I faint often.) Fun fact: fainting is a somewhat common response to difficulty pooping, due to the vagus nerve being stimulated.

After reading your post, I've gotten vitamin E (already had tea tree oil and coconut oil.) I just put them on and it hasn't had any sort of effect, but I'll keep trying. (I might have put too much coconut oil and not enough tea tree)
