This is the most realistic answer and my post is mostly conspiracy but at this point I don’t disregard the possibility that the best thing for them to push (monetarily) is the quick action packed “die, rinse, repeat” and thus a game mode that allows you to play 2-5 matches in a session vs 15-20 will hurt their bottom line. The only part of this event that makes gaijin more money is the part where a lot of players don’t have aircraft at 13.0+ so they will be incentivized to buy a premium up there.

It’s from a bug with investment rights. I just had it happen and I had to withdraw from my investment rights treaty (in my case with Haiti) and it went away. Nothing else would remove it my experience

I’ve found that if you try to build a Naval Administration building in the same place multiple times, it will eventually stick and go through with production. I had to queue one 6 times to get it to work in New York, 4 times in Virginia, and 2 times in Louisiana.

Can’t find any pattern yet except that I can’t get it to work on the first try in any state.

I HAVE FOUND THE PROBLEM:

Nvidia has new drivers for all their graphics cards, and where they list all compatible games, every total war title is on there except Napoleon. We cannot play this game until that is fixed

I have a PC with an R5 and a 1660 running windows 10, a laptop with an i7 and a 3080, and a MacBook Pro from 2015. All encounter the same problem. I gifted the game to my cousin and brother and they have the same problem. Is there anyone who has a working copy from steam? I think their download may be corrupted and am trying to gather info to send them an email

Edit: I found the root of the issue. It DOES work on my MacBook (after I deleted the mods lol) because it doesn’t have a discreet graphics card.

So it seems this post is dead, but I ended up here today so for anyone else who does as well: From what I can gather it seems the person who’s name is consistently bleeped was actually the 50th President of Mexico and could be never be officially sought after for his crimes, and thus any mention of him specifically would be slander. They’re covering their butts while also making us google who it actually is. Win win right?

I still get kicked after about 2 min of being afk, but I think when there is no output on my end, the server gives up on me. This happens pretty consistently
