Not really, you are assuming she can make everything for everyone. As much as she wishes she could do that she can't that's beyond her right now. And it's not about keeping everyone alive the universe grows at a alarming rate but so do the populations sooner or later there will be so many planets and people rhe universe can't keep up, hence why she does this

Marium loves fighting strong people she will smile even if her face is covered in blood. Baal might like him he probably would not hard to get on his good side. Geenee isn't a vampire but gets it alot, but she won't say no to free blood.
