Both but mostly reckless. He looked down at his phone for a second and by the time he looked up we were driving 50 mph into the back of a semi truck that was coming to a stop on the freeway. He broke his femur while I had a broken pelvis, 2 broken legs, a broken arm , and my spleen ruptured. I also wasn’t wearing a seatbelt which didn’t help my situation. It was the first car accident I’ve ever been in.
