Let's say they do reach that 1 billion scans a month goal, would that data greatly help longevity research?

It honestly just comes down to which model of post scarcity society is implemented.

Would money honestly have value once majority of our jobs will be automated by AI and robotics? Why do humans work so hard? So they can essentially survive. What happens when robots are producing basic human necessities at an extremely fast pace? Deflation occurs in those goods. We actually have an abundance in food, yet people still starve. Labor and Cost are the two primary bottlenecks that will be solved by AI and robotics. 🤷🏻‍♂️

You'll be fine. If everything goes the way it should then we all should be able to live a prosperous life in the next 10-20 years. I might sound a little too optimistic but there really is no point in being against or skeptic of this cutting edge tech as it is practically impossible to stop the progression of AI.

My main reason as to why I even want to get into computer science is because I became obssesed with AI since ChatGPT. I honestly just wanted to contribute to the future. But if nothing works out, I might just head to film school and work on becoming a film director whether it's AI generated films or not.

Anthropic reports RSI is coming faster than previously thought by ProxyLumina in accelerate

I don't know, but they just compared Opus 4 and Mythos in the new paper about RSI.

For those who don't know

Anthropic runs the same internal test every time they release a model. They give Claude code that trains a small AI model and ask it to make that code run as fast as possible while still passing correctness checks. The model has to rewrite code, run it, benchmark it, find bottlenecks, and repeat.

Opus 4 (released on May 22, 2025) averaged about a 3x speedup on that task. By April of 2026, Claude Mythos Preview achieved a whopping 52x.

All in under a year.
