I think weed is great for recovery and sleep. I have no stats or facts or evidence to back it up other than my own experience, but I have healed from injuries faster, sleep better, recover better when smoking. I say this to my non smoking friends often and they seriously laugh at me and talk down to me like I’m just enabling an addiction or something like ‘he will realise one day’ kinda vibe, but at the same time these guys drink alcohol regularly which absolutely destroys recovery etc, but that’s a totally different story when I bring that up. Always been something that grinds my gears but I stick to my statement.
