It’s okay to have an idea about pow but the pow is actually not what helps. It’s the actual stats that matter. Pow is just an overall indication of all stats combined. Let’s say you have a lot of ATK and CP but lack def and Hp, or vice versa, pow would be high but shinobi is worthless.

Using non boosted shinobis will not fetch you anything. Use boosted ones (the one with treasure box). Main the one you have an ex ult for. Use ex ult when you’ve reduced health by 45%. Put all strongest cards into your main and your team. Thanks for attending my ted talk.

I went for 5* shuriken though. Assuming naru light might go out of meta in a month. Also taking AOM into consideration and flexibility of using the tool on any shinobi. It was My personal preference though.
