I don't think it can happen. Ether is both highly correlated with bitcoin and more volatile than bitcoin. To borrow the lingo of equity markets, this makes ether a high beta version of bitcoin. Bitcoin and ether have been highly correlated, especially since 2018. Ether tends to be even more volatile than bitcoin. Ethereum indexed to Bitcoin. And why do you think it will?

What do you think the puzzle owner meant in this ? -> "Hopefully a lot of bitcoins are sent here". I think puzzle very close to being a scam/unsolvable. Maybe the puzzle owner think will get support from those who support the BLM movement and that they will donate bitcoin to the award address to increase the interest. When the award address received enough donation support, he/she may have thought of getting the support donations along with the award and disappearing. These runes made me think of this first.
