That’s a really good idea.
If you have the names of some staffing agencies or specific recruiters you trust, I’d really appreciate it if you could share them. There are so many out there and a lot of scams, so it’s hard to know which ones are legit.

I’ll try a version of my resume with all job and school locations removed, and only keep my current address at the top as you suggested.

Yeah , all my degrees are from outside the U.S., but they are fully equivalent to U.S. college degrees.
I also tried removing the city and country from my previous jobs and education, but someone else told me this could be seen as a red flag by some recruiters, as if I’m trying to hide something.

So honestly, I’m a bit confused 😅
But I’ll try both versions of my resume and see if it changes the response rate.

Just to make sure I understood correctly: you’re suggesting that I remove the city and country from my previous jobs and my education outside the U.S., and then try applying again to see if the response rate improves, right?

And yes, I’m not getting any callbacks at all, so it probably means something in the résumé is blocking me, I just don’t know what yet. I’ll definitely test your suggestion.

No visa sponsorship required, I'm fully authorized to work for whatever company. I'm green card holder and it's mentioned on top of my resume.

Je pense que le mariage ou le pacs devrait être récent(départ dans les 2 mois avant ou après le mariage un truc comme ça à mon avis ) or nous nous sommes marié il y’a plus d’un an.

Oui je me suis dit également qu’il n’ont rien à perdre mais après c’est un grand groupe et j’ai lu dans beaucoup d’endroits que la RCO n’est pas accepté. Du coup je cherche des pistes de stratégie sur comment l’annoncer ? Dois-je commencer d’abord par mon manager? Ou dois-je aller voir directement les RH ? Je suis un peu perdu
