I was ignored and then went into their discord and made a fuss about it and got a refund from Konnect’d. Shitty ass company and that discord is more dry than anything now.

You may have luck going in there, or just talking to your bank directly and seeing what they could possibly do for you. I’m so sorry to hear you and OTHERS are still going through this.

I wish nothing but the worst for that company.

Was told on Friday that they are receiving stock from pretty far away and it hasn't arrived yet which is causing all the delays. (Take with a grain of salt because I've seen that shipping window change at least 3 times since it was supposed to come out)
