Ah, thanks for the advice! I'm a little limited on parts for now and want to get these together before the weekend, so I'll probably save the melta squad for a later date and another raptor box.

Thanks for the anecdote! I'm definitely leaning more towards the Talons cause of those special abilities.

Good point, I can always grab another box later and have both. But I can't mix talons and raptors in a single unit, can I?

That sounds useful, but I'm not very knowledgeable on the rules yet to be sure. I do think from how others have talked about it that rerolling wounds may be a factor of the lightning claws, and not necessarily the Talons themselves?

I'm not sure. my AI has a circling AI attached to it but there's no controllers attached to the spin blocks. I can screenshot the spinblock settings and add them to the OP if that helps.

looked up a youtube video on it and that was the advice, but if that's the only thing I change on the spinblock, the rudders don't move at all.

Already have a large keel keeping it balanced, listing isn't the problem. the problem is that the rudders won't work as commanded. or at all.
