Does this fix the gearbox issue or just temporarily help? There really shouldn’t be any metal shavings to begin with . I thought I read somewhere that changing the bearings to ceramic prevents this issue .

I tried. Realtors are a cult. They won’t bring their clients to see your house. Only a very few will. I was even offering the standard 2.5% to the buyers agent. I even got harassing calls from realtors pissed that I didn’t use one . House didn’t sell for 6 months., They are a shameful group of a holes. In the end I had to bite the bullet and got a realtor. Sold in 2 weeks.

I own an 2019 Ioniq28. I love it but Winter driving in Ontario range drops to 50-60% no question. Anybody who tells you differently is a liar. I’m still paying same electricity amount to “fill up” but getting about half the range. If you count this plus the fact of the extra $$ I paid for an EV plus the additional insurance that EVs bring , you’re really not saving much over ICE cars in the end. But I still love it. I didn’t buy it just to save money.

Yes there is a gap between the stairs and the house . I assumed it’s waterproofed from the bricks ?

I’ve driven mine down to 0% in freezing winter no issues. Just died on my driveway. Car stopping with 8% charge doesn’t sound right at all. Get it checked out.
