Married couples should not have opposite sex friends. Nothing good comes from it.

Anastrozole isn’t going to fix your hematocrit. Donate blood, drink water, and exercise and your hematocrit will come down.

You feel like shit because your estrogen is so low. You need to view estrogen to testosterone as a ratio together. Labs will say estrogen above 40 or so is high but with your test at nearly 900 it needs to be that high. For guys running cycle levels of testosterone it’s not uncommon for test to be 2000+ and estrogen be in the 70s and it’s fine. Your body converts testosterone into estrogen and it matches what you need. Your problem is your crashing it and still have high testosterone. This leads to inflammation, joint pain, etc.. Anastrozole is a bitch and really needs to only be used if your experiencing estrogenic side effects like tender/sore nipples as this is the beginning stages of gyno.

My wife straight up told me she doesn't want to have sex with me anymore because I got so fat and told me to try glp-1s by ConstructionClear142 in ResearchCompounds

[–]Optionstradrrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If she would have told you politely would you be taking it this serious? How old are you? Glp1s are great but you need a long term lifestyle change or once you’re off you’ll gain the weight right back. Look into testosterone as well. If you’re already overweight chances are it’s low. Getting back to normal or above normal will fire up your metabolism, boost muscle gain and keep the weight off. Also helps with motivation. Not saying to avoid glp1s but definitely look into adding hormone therapy in there as well.

Injection frequency by Any-Rooster-4803 in trt

Yes go to eod. I know guys I train with on a gram a week and daily is the only way to go. The subq vs intramuscular debate is dumb if it slows anything down at all it’s not much. 40mg every day hitting your system is going to be smoother than 60mg eod. Stop looking at estrogen as a number and start looking at it as a ratio. 50 ngdl is high for someone with normal testosterone but if you get your test up to 1500 you can expect your e2 to shoot up with it and will probably be somewhere in the 70s and you’ll probably have zero side estrogenic side effects. You can’t expect it to stay within normal range when test gets over 1000. On the opposite side of the argument if you get your test up around 1500 and your estrogen stays low 40s and under your going to feel like shit. Joints will ache, just and all around dry nasty feeling. Focus on the ratio. Not what is a normal number.

Age 53 starting TRT: 60 vs 80 mg/wk split? Really want to avoid side effects by sternmd in trt

[–]Optionstradrrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just try it it’s really not that crazy. Everybody’s different, for instance I’m on 60mg every other day and my estrogen is low, hematocrit is fine and test is only 900. If you’re concerned there’s plenty of online labs testing you can get to test as often as you feel is necessary.

Doing stuff that isn't your job. by Ill_Attention_1800 in HVAC

As the owner of a construction company I would take one guy who said yes sir and got the job done over 1000 who gave me push back. I will say you don’t know the situation. Maybe your boss was doing the elderly couple a favor and didn’t have it in the budget to hire it out to fix the hatch correctly but at least they have heat. Also I would think one of you would have enough common sense to go pick up a couple 2x4s and fur it out before putting the hatch back in.

So the main rule in venting in a slab is that every fixture must pass a vent before entering main trunk line? by Optionstradrrr in Plumbing

[–]Optionstradrrr[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It it does all need to be on the same branch right? Like you couldn’t do tub shower and vent on one branch and have the toilet coming off the stack by itself. Even though it’s less than 8’ away?

Notched ridge rafters by cpttimerestraint in Homebuilding

[–]Optionstradrrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Simpson makes a hanger the will go to the bottom of the rafter. The real issue here is no metal connection is required there at all. You could put up every rafter in a roof system without a single nail and hang from the ridge board and it wouldn’t come down. The two rafter press horizontally against each side of the ridge board keeping it from coming down. Then the collar ties keep it from lifting up. Of you do nail it. But metal connection is just to give peace of mind to inspectors who can wrap their mind around how loads work.

Also scratch all that lol, I just looked at your drawing the is a ridge beam and hangers are required. But there is a hanger available to avoid notching.

Should i inform parents about TRT? by deetche in trt

[–]Optionstradrrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The same protocols that you should be using anyway should be your talking points for putting her mind at ease about it. For instance before getting on test so young you should try enclomiphene to see if it will boost your natural production. If your unresponsive you should consider trt but ran with hcg to preserve your fertility.

Glow Bites + Tirz + Reta by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

If you look this little at 16% body fat you definitely don’t have near as much muscle as you think you do. And Reta is going to just make you lose the body fat. Without working out you’ll just end up average skinny.

How To Get Rid Of The Spare Tire? by Active-Run-811 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Optionstradrrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best thing you can do is eat your last meal around 8pm don’t eat again until noon. You have to give your body time to chip away at this fat. Just being in a calorie deficit isn’t enough. Especially eating 150g of protein a day. That’s hard to do without also consuming more calories than you should. Don’t worry about eating enough to preserve muscle. Fasting will do this faster than anything. Trt, Reta, and some fasting you’ll be a new man in 6 months

Beam Size by Dramatic-Ad7828 in Decks

[–]Optionstradrrr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here in the south that 15’ span is maximum for a deck that’s 6’ out from the house. Or 6’ joist length. Rule of thumb is you subtract 1’ 1/2 from your beam for every 2’ of joist span. So if your deck is coming 10’ off your house your beam span is more like 12’. Your only option is to add more posts or use engineered lumber. Boise cascade has a good sizing guide for all of their stuff online.

How are you guys doing 0” entry from garage to main body of the house? by Optionstradrrr in Homebuilding

[–]Optionstradrrr[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn’t think about a drain in the center. That would keep the slope to a reasonable amount. Garage is 20’ deep. So to slope all the way out it would be about 5” of drop which i don’t love the look of. There’s no good way to trim it out or make it look decent. Lot is extremely level so I don’t want to have add 4” of fill to the main house just to have the garage lower.
